JUST financial services required a series of staff shots for their recent recruitment campaign. Diverse, happy and proud of their work shows animated staff on strong corporate colour backgrounds.
Working with people with no modelling experience is a challenge. The solution is to make them feel as relaxed and valued as possible. Encouragement, praise and a few laughs are all that are required to set the mood. The rest is easy. The campaign was photographed at their London offices to suite availability.

Northern Powergrid often have to respond to all types of natural weather phenomena and the public have a need to be informed about what is happening to power down situations. Social media and breaking news stories require pictures to tell the story.
